Position Overview
We're seeking licensed Property Managers (residential or commercial) to join our growing team.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals who enjoy business development and client relations but want operational support behind them.
You'll focus on sourcing property owners and investors, while the House of Rosie team handles the day-to-day management, tenant care, and back-end systems.
Responsibilities
Source and secure new property management clients across Calgary and area
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
Represent the House of Rosie brand professionally and ethically
Leverage brokerage tools and marketing resources to grow your portfolio
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless client hand-off and ongoing management

Qualifications
Valid RECA Property Management Licence (or currently in process to complete)

Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Buildium) is an asset
Must be based in or near Calgary, Alberta
Compensation
Commission-Only: Based on management fees for each property secured
