Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. Be your own boss! The position is commission based, not hourly. You would work for the brokerage, but be on my team and enjoy some team perks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, with expertise in landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and customer service. This role requires excellent organizational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction. Duties



Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management software for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with prospective tenants. Showing, move in's/outs Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Collaborate with facilities management to address any operational issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Experience



Proven experience in property management or related fields such as real estate administration or legal administration is a bonus, but not needed, we can teach you! Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Proficient in conflict management and customer service practices. Strong office experience including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette. Ability to upsell property features and services effectively. Compensation and perks of being on the team



60/40 split - 60 for you, 20 for the brokerage and 20 for the team lead Full time assistant to help with day-to-day activities Access to our paid programs - Commercial docusign account, company cam, dropbox, canva, verified instagram and more Mentorship Start up client portfolio worth around $1500 a month after the splits More clients to be assigned within team progress

Must haves for the role



Must be licensed in property management or be willing to take the course and graduate within 6-9 months Must be an apple user ( all our systems run on apple) Must have a mac book or similar apple compatible laptop and cell phone with unlimited data Must be willing to hustle, this is a be your own boss position, if you dont hustle you wont make it Must be located between Red Deer and Olds, our service location, you can not work from home, this is a be where clients need you position Must sign a 5 year do not compete Must have a valid driver's license and re-liable car - I put on around 30k/yr on my car for work
