Job Description


Adi Development Group is looking for a Property Manager for a 6-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.

You’ll be successful at Adi if you lead by example, are open to feedback/able to provide your team with constructive feedback, have the ability to manage through change, and are able to be proactive in prioritizing and delegating tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising and overseeing staff and operations at the property
  • Market and lease vacancies in the property with the intention of maintaining an occupancy rate of 100%
  • Financial management for efficient operations at each property
  • Manage cheque collection
  • Coordinate landlord work
  • Conduct tours and move in/move out inspections
  • Maintain an accurate count of vacancies
  • Monitor property management software
  • Invoicing and administration tasks
  • Overseeing contractors
  • Conduct regular inspections of vacancies and property
  • Delivery of building notices
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures, and;
  • Other details as required.

What You Bring

  • Outstanding customer relations skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisor level role within property management
  • Previous experience will all aspects of property management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate and develop new ideas with supportable results
  • Solid analytical background with the ability to apply logic and reasoning to effectively manage projects
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong initiative/self-starter
