POSITION OVERVIEW:





Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Property Management Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable and accounting functions for the Property Management companies. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of financial transactions, supporting ongoing operations across the organization's commercial and residential property portfolios. The AP Analyst will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to uphold financial integrity and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the accounting function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Provides support for all things PM payables, monitoring accounts payable email, processing for commercial and residential property invoices and employee expenses. AR cheque deposits for all companies (PM, Construction & Development) Supporting the monthly PM cheque run General accounting duties and ad hoc PM requests as required. Shared daily bank runs (use of your own vehicle is required and mileage will be paid) Support as needed for the entire accounting team Assist with year-end audit processes



QUALIFICATIONS:




Basic accounting knowledge or data entry experience required Yardi Breeze, Yardi Voyager experience is an asset A qualified candidate will need to be detail-oriented with proven ability to solve problems Strong verbal and written communication skills required Previous experience working Excel required




Access to a personal vehicle and a valid drivers license is required.
