Property Management Administrator, Team Lead

Job Description


We are seeking candidates for the position of Property Management Administrator, Team Lead located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Our PMA, Team Leader is responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Managers and Resident Managers, assisting with the daily duties of the PMAs, training and development of new and current employees for the department, and performing other tasks related to the Business Operations Department while supporting Skyline\xe2\x80\x99s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.What we look for:

  • Experience working in the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA and other applicable legislation.
  • Experience planning, assigning and directing tasks.
  • Knowledge of how-to audit the work of others for errors, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience training, mentoring and coaching staff.
  • Special projects are your thing.
  • Able to be proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public.
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Diplomacy, but firm in response to aggressive behaviour.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education and minimum 1-year experience as a Property Management Administrator; OR 6 years of relevant and equivalent workplace experience.
