Irving Woodlands Division is currently seeking a motivated professional to fill the role of Property Management Administrator (4-Month Term). The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the Woodlands group assist and report to our Senior Business Analyst. This position would be located at 300 Union Street, Saint John, New Brunswick.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a corporate wide property management system
• Organize documentation related to properties
• Verify and carry out quality control of property data and agreements as part of JDI\xe2\x80\x99s property management processes
• Interact with various JDI businesses on the implementation of the property management project

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in property management administration
• Formal Paralegal training in a related field considered an asset
• Basic computer skills, filling and organizational skills are a necessity.
