We are currently looking for a

Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team!

The Tricar Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team at our Head Office in London, Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, this full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong organizational and communication skills. If you have experience in customer service or office administration, and you are looking to grow your career in property management, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be a key support to both our residents and our Property Management team. You will be the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and help keep projects moving by organizing schedules, contractors, and purchase orders. You will also assist with turnover work orders, inventory management, and invoice verification, while building strong relationships with residents, team members, and suppliers. This position is a great fit for someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Be Doing



As part of our Property Management team, you will play a key role in keeping a high level of service for our residents and our buildings running smoothly. Every day will bring variety, but your main responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact at Head Office for residents, answering questions and helping resolve maintenance requests quickly and professionally. Coordinating documents, notices, and schedules so that residents, staff, and contractors are always prepared and projects stay on track. Organizing and prioritizing incoming work orders, assigning them to the right team members or contractors, and ensuring timelines are met. Sourcing contractors, issuing purchase orders, and following up on work to ensure it meets Tricar's high-quality standards. Supporting move-in and move-out processes by working with Property Managers, Building Managers, and Maintenance Technicians to make sure everything is ready on time. Helping with inventory and supply management, verifying invoices, and building strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing. Assisting with commercial property inquiries and maintenance coordination as needed. Maintaining positive and proactive relationships with residents, team members, and contractors.

What We're Looking For



We're looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a busy environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

3+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, logistics, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, and related legislation. Confidence with computer programs (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi Voyager experience is an asset). A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to attend properties when needed. Previous maintenance or property management experience is required
