Job Description

:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The role involves diverse responsibilities including snow removal, snow plowing, grass cutting, appliance moving, material acquisition and delivery to job sites, and general property management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and possess the ability to be on call for tenant emergencies. Experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. This position requires overtime in the winter season for snow removal and tenant emergencies during after hours.

This position requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for long periods of time. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Responsibilities:

Snow removal, plowing, and shoveling Grass cutting and groundskeeping Moving appliances and general property maintenance tasks Material acquisition and delivery Ability to drive and haul trailers as needed

Work Hours:

8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime Two fifteen-minute breaks and a half-hour lunch provided

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility for on-call tenant emergencies Capability to drive and haul trailers as necessary

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
