Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc. is a leading property restoration and construction company in Ontario and Alberta. With offices from Hamilton to Ottawa and Calgary to Edmonton, Integricon provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties in the GTA affected by floods, fires, or other property damage.

We are currently hiring for an ICI Site Coordinator in the Greater Toronto area.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY



The Site Coordinator is a hybrid role that blends the responsibilities of a Site Supervisor and a Project Manager within the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) division. This individual is accountable for overseeing daily site operations while supporting project planning, documentation, and coordination efforts. They play a key role in bridging communication between office teams, consultants, trades, and the project manager, ensuring timely execution and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Site Supervision & Execution



Oversee daily on-site construction activities and coordinate trades, deliveries, and site logistics Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OHSA and internal policies Conduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Monitor conformance to design, specs, and building codes during execution Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with the PM and consultants

Project Coordination



Coordinate and track initial submittals, shop drawings, samples, and mockups Ensure mockups are scheduled, built, and reviewed per project milestones and specifications Maintain submittal and procurement logs, ensuring items are approved prior to site need Assist with scheduling and 2-week lookaheads Support RFIs, change directives, and scope clarifications between field and office Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, field notes, and inspection logs Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal team

Quality, Compliance & Closeout



Monitor quality during all stages of construction, flagging deficiencies early Enforce mockup approvals, hold-point inspections, and manufacturer requirements Track inspection readiness, signoffs, and testing results (e.g., firestopping, pressure tests) Assist in compiling turnover documentation, including as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and compliance certificates Coordinate final inspections and deficiency closeout with trades and consultants Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and municipal requirements

Administrative Support



Collect and review site tickets, delivery slips, time logs, and safety documentation Assist with backup for change orders, site instructions, and cost tracking Support the PM with progress updates, milestone tracking, and reporting

Skills



Proven experience in higher education teaching or education administration is essential. Familiarity with university operations and policies is highly desirable. Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Experience working directly with students, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships within the academic community. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per hour
