Construction Site Coordinator/Supervisor

to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the construction of multi family projects, with start up phase to post possession.

Important Note: A requirement for this position is that you MUST have at least 1-2+ year of onsite experience & be located in the Calgary area currently.

You must also have at least 1-2 years of site experience IN ALBERTA.

Job Responsibilities

Communicating with construction trades onsite and suppliers to schedule the delivery/installation of materials and labor Oversee construction onsite daily from staking/excavation to final possession. Coordinate, supervise and effective management the various trade partners and contractors on site, to achieve project completion ahead of schedule. Ensure projects are in accordance to contract, code and built to applicable specifications and scope of work. Ensure projects are on time and within budget and adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements.

Job Qualifications

1-2+ years of proven Construction Site experience or similar in the new single family home or multi family sector Solid knowledge of construction site operations and excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, and effective Microsoft office & computer IT skills mandatory Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must provide a clean driver's abstract
