Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc. is a leading property restoration and construction company in Ontario and Alberta. With offices from Hamilton to Ottawa and Calgary to Edmonton, Integricon provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties in the GTA affected by floods, fires, or other property damage.

We are currently hiring for an ICI Project Coordinator in the Greater Toronto area.

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in the planning, administration, and execution of ICI construction projects. This role focuses on contract compliance, documentation management, change tracking, and administrative coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with CCDC standards, specifications, and Integricon's internal processes.

The Coordinator works under the direction of the Operations Manager and collaborates with the Project Managers assisting with communication between the office, site, consultants, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years experience in ICI construction as a Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle ICI developments is a must Have all necessary certifications: Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale ICI developments Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable Additional tasks and duties as required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in educational and healthcare construction is preferred.
