The applicant MUST physically reside in the Greater Toronto Area.

Real-Estate Experience is preferred.

The Listings Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of property listings, ensuring a smooth, professional, and brand-aligned experience from preparation to closing. This role requires strong organizational, marketing, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of the Toronto real estate market. The ideal candidate will enjoy administration as much as creative writing, liaising with partners and getting in on the action at all of the gorgeous properties we will be listing for Toronto's spring market.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of property listings from start to finish following Olea's checklist. Operations Oversight: Manage and review the work of the Operations Coordinator, including agreements, schedules, and contracts. Marketing Creation: Write MLS property descriptions, social media captions, and print marketing materials in alignment with Olea's brand voice. Vendor Coordination: Handle communications with vendors and schedule services such as staging, photography, walkthroughs, and cleaning. Marketing Coordination: Manage property photoshoots, video tours, brochures, signage, and social media promotions. Listing Launch Logistics: Drop off lockboxes and any necessary items for listing launches
Manage showings/ follow up.

Open House Planning: Organize and execute successful open houses. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and managing community and promotional events. Procurement: Place orders for listing supplies and coordinate pick-up.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, project management, or a related field. Experience in the Toronto and GTA real estate markets is highly preferred. Education: College diploma or university degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset. Marketing Skills: Strong writing skills, including experience creating property descriptions and marketing materials across platforms (MLS, social media, brochures). Project Management: Proven experience managing projects with multiple deadlines and vendors. Familiarity with real estate CRMs is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Suite. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are an asset. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing vendors, clients, and team coordination. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing contracts, agreements, and marketing materials. Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple listings simultaneously without compromising quality. Adaptability: Solution-oriented with the ability to manage unforeseen challenges effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is offered at a starting level, with potential increases following the probationary period and based on overall performance. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required. Mileage and gas expenses will be reimbursed with proper documentation. This position is part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
