Job Description

We are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager to enhance our leased property management team. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, energetic and passionate, self- driven and believes in the power of teamwork .

Colpitts Developments is an award-winning, Fredericton based industry leader in both leased and for sale property developments, construction and operations, with proven history of providing top-notch services to our tenants.

Primary Purpose

Working with our senior Property manager for leased and commercial properties .

You will be responsible for the management of superintendents, tenant services, and liaise with all our departments. Have a keen eye on expenses and contribute to the development and implementation of a property management plan for individual locations. Taking part in monthly and quarterly financial and superintendent meetings. Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner using relevant information, sound reasoning and common sense. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .

Requirements

As a successful Property portfolio Manager, a background in business administration, property management or other relevant disciplines would be considered an asset but is not necessary .

You have advance knowledge in the following categories

Experience with rental properties and communities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Team development skills. Result oriented strong problem-solving and derision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word,Excel and Outlook Financial and budget management skills Ability to learn new concepts quickly and become proficient in a variety of skills and disciplines. Willingness to adapt to change and be flexible an nature
