Saskatoon Disaster Services DKI is a full-service insurance restoration contracting, and 24 / 7 emergency response company. Founded locally in 2002, Saskatoon Disaster Services DKI has always demonstrated the utmost in project quality, client care, and professionalism in handling all types of property damage restoration and repair.We are currently searching for Restoration Technician Supervisors, Technicians, and Asbestos Abatement Technicians. The Restoration Supervisor / Technician works diligently to treat the client's property with respect while performing Fire, Water Damage, and other property damage restoration. Qualities for a candidate would include a professional, hardworking attitude, clean appearance and any renovation / demolition experience.The Asbestos Abatement Technician will work with a team of trained individuals to complete all types of Asbestos Abatement projects. The projects are primarily as a result of residential property damage such as flood or fire damage. The abatement crew safely removes the asbestos containing materials and prepares the project for reconstruction. Any necessary personal protective equipment and training will be provided. Any experience is an asset.Any candidate must be able to clear a criminal record check as well have an acceptable driver abstract. Both must be presented for review prior to beginning employment. Starting wage is dependent on experience. These are full-time positions with the possibility for overtime. As well, a comprehensive health benefits package will be introduced after the 3 month probationary period is complete. An RRSP plan through RBC is also available.The property damage restoration industry offers a constantly changing work environment as the projects and locations change on a daily basis.
