Project Estimator/Manager (Insurance Restoration)
THE COMPANY Paul Davis Windsor-Essex is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented leader with project management experience in Restoration and Construction to join our team as Project Estimator. Join an industry leader in restoration and construction. Paul Davis provides Full Service Project Management Teams, in-house Mitigation utilizing our drying-in-place technical expertise and an in-house Contents Processing Facility. POSITION OVERVIEW The Project Estimator responds rapidly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across Windsor-Essex region. This position is a leader within the organization and is accountable for the achievement of sales, performance and customer experience goals. As Project Estimator, you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects are properly completed. DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS

• 5 years of experience as a Project Estimator/Manager within the property damage restoration industry
• College diploma in Construction Technology Management, Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering Technology is an asset
• Experience with wood framed residential construction is essential
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal oriented, strong work ethic
• Customer focused
• Able to handle a large volume of jobs
• Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle or other data management/scheduling software
• Flexible and able to effectively deal with numerous priorities
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be available to work on call
• IICRC Certification (Water, Fire, Mold) is an asset
• Valid Ontario driver\'s license required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
