Property Coordinator

Job Description

We have an

immediate

need for a Property Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for assisting with the daily operations of commercial properties, tenant communication, maintenance, and financial reporting, while also supporting the Property Manager in various administrative and operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do

Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues

Lease Administration (renewals, terminations, ensuring compliance)

Prepare and track work orders to job completion

Maintenance planning and oversight of maintenance and repairs

Perform property inspections

Receive quotations and prepare Purchase Orders for contactors and materials

Maintain accurate records of tenant and property information

Process invoices for payments

Administer building orientation documents with contractors working within all facilities maintained by APM

Ensure contractor insurance and Workplace NL certificates are up to date.

Prepare, issue, and administer Safe Work Permits and other related permits as necessary for all work

Grounds Maintenance as required

Ensure properties are free of snow and ice and that proper measures are taken to prevent incidents from occurring as a result of snow and ice accumulation

Utilizing a variety of hand tools as required

Performing service on power equipment, such as changing oil and replacing blades

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspace and tools

On call duties on a rotational basis

Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your background

5+ years experience in property maintenance

Ability to travel to various sites within the St. John's area

Valid driver's license
