The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented
Property Cleaner
to join our team
. As a Property Cleaner
you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stocking in Shorefast residential, commercial, and office properties. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail.
What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize designated areas of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, and clean windows
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Re-stock cupboards with toiletries and cleaners.
Change beds, launder bedding and towels.
Dust and shine all surfaces such as dressers, tables, windows, etc.
Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances, countertops, and sinks
Clean dishes, cutlery, cabinets and shelving.
Track and manage residential property inventory, food, and guest welcome packages. Restock as required.
Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with maintenance and property personnel, report any damages and repair needs in a timely madder.
Other responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience cleaning residential, commercial, office properties is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage time and tasks
Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
Ability to list up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk approximately 1KM on rocky terrain and incline to Artist Studios.
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
