Job Description


Function/Purpose: The Property Assessment Technician provides support and assistance to the Assessment section in the completion of recurring valuation cycle tasks. Understanding and experience with system integrations and ability to collect multi-source data for the purposes of assessment valuation. Job Requirements: Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma plus a two-year, post-secondary diploma in Office / Business Administration or Property Appraisal / Assessment from a recognize college or technical institute, or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience. Experience in assessment / appraisal field would be an asset

Affiliation: Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 417 Remuneration: $33.53 to $35.29 per hour Hours of Work: 75 hours biweekly; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; some evenings and weekend work may be required when needed.
