Our Vancouver based real estate client is seeking a permanent Senior Property Accounting Manager to join the team.
Downtown location - primarily in-office position
Competitive salary ranging from $125K + Bonus

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible training, supervising, and mentoring a team of experienced Property Accountants. Along with your management duties, you will also be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties.
The Successful Candidate:
- Designated CPA
- 6+ years' experience working within the property management sector
- Experienced across full cycle accounting, budgeting & forecasting, and cash management
- Previous experience supervising a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
