Job Description
:
The Property Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Month and quarter-end closing and reporting
- Financial Reporting and audits both internal and external reporting
- Budgets primary liaison with Property Managers and Asset Managers
- All Adhoc queries related to the properties
Job Requirements:
- Professional Accounting Designation (or in the final stages)
- Previous Accounting Manager experience
- Strong people leadership skill
- Real Estate Experience (strong asset)
