We are looking for a motivated accounting professional that has experience working within real estate or related. This is a wonderful opportunity in the heart of Downtown Vancouver!
ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND OPPORTUNITY
My client, one of Canada\'s leading fully integrated real estate company, are on the hunt for a Property Accountant.
The successful candidate will work alongside with other property accountants and will report to the manager on site in a fast-paced, exciting, and professional work environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Completes the day-to-day transactions \xe2\x80\x93 general accounting/property accounting
- CAM/Bank reconciliation, supporting AR and collections
- Budgeting for recoveries, Year end adjustments
- Support to Annual audit process
- 2+ yrs. of accounting within real-estate/construction/public sector
- CAM reconciliation experience
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Accounting or related field
- Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an ASSET!
- Self-starter, demonstrates strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- $80,000\xe2\x80\x93$85,000 + Bonus
- 3 weeks\' vacation + Hybrid opportunity after probation
