Reporting to the Promotions Manager, the Promotions Analyst will play a key role in the growth of the business by initiating and delivering new ecommerce projects, and conducting analysis to provide actionable insights. You will identify new business development opportunities in line with our strategic direction and be responsible for their implementation leading cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of analytical capabilities and project management experience; and is relentlessly curious and proactive about optimizing and growing the online sales. Responsibilities

  • Deliver new projects and initiatives with a focus on promotional activities by building business cases, providing requirements to the Technology teams, monitoring the performance and doing post mortem to further identify new opportunities
  • Manage the promotions operations from planning to execution and improvements recommendations.
  • Use internal and external data to identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Prepare documented business cases for senior management and develop actionable roadmaps
  • Collaborate with all business units (Email, Advertising, Loyalty, Buying, etc.), and more closely with our Technology teams, to help shape the mid to long term vision for the SSENSE expansion
  • Review the competitive landscape and gather intelligence.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree an asset
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience including data analysis, project management, preferably in an e-commerce, retailer or fashion environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and Tableau/BI an asset
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, French an asset
