We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Digital & E-Commerce Analyst with superior analytical skills and a passion for E-Commerce.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you are responsible for analyzing & reporting business performance to ensure the continuous growth of our brands.
Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment of E-commerce websites across the globe
• Analyze E-Commerce Website traffic data to continuously improve conversion rates & the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media, Paid Media, Email Marketing performance and other business data to generate actionable insights to inform future tactics.
• Design, develop, and launch new dashboards and reporting solutions to improve visibility of Insights.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics to analyze campaign performance and share results with marketing team
• Create ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ year's experience in Business Analyst, Digital marketing, E-Commerce or similar role
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Shopify CMS an asset, not mandatory
• Experience working with analytics & Dashboarding tools - MS Excel, DataStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc.
• Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
