Project & Warehouse Coordinator

to join our team. This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone who's self-motivated, responsible, and ready to grow. You'll manage our warehouse, help keep projects on track, and ensure our showroom stays inspiring and tidy for visiting clients.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

Receive and record incoming deliveries in our system Operate a forklift (certification not required--we'll train the right person) Lift and move heavy materials safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, decluttered, and highly organized Maintain accurate inventory and material locations Stay on top of cleanup and layout optimization

Project Coordination

Track project material needs and timelines Help manage logistics and site prep Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows Flag delays or issues early and help solve them Keep things moving behind the scenes so projects stay on schedule

Showroom Support

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional showroom environment Assist clients with samples and general inquiries Organize product samples and displays

Manage sample inventory and returns

--samples can easily take over, and keeping them in check is a critical part of the job Ensure everything is labeled, logged, and easy to find

You are:

Super respectful and a natural team player Self-motivated, with a "see it, do it" mentality Obsessed with tidiness and staying on top of clutter Comfortable working mostly independently, but enjoy being part of a tight-knit team Physically capable and willing to lift heavy items Forklift experience is a bonus (but not required) Comfortable using computers (we'll train you on the systems) Looking for a long-term opportunity--not just clocking in and out
