What you will do:Managing all job site releases - liaising with customers and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries Creating/Updating trackers for all current jobs Reconciling contract and account balances and quantities Attending, as required, meetings affecting projects Conduct project kick-offs with customers and internal teams to start projects Work with customer on management of long lead time items Provide reporting as needed with customers, project control sheets Create project change orders as changes are initiated by customers Co-ordinate with Credit to handle denunciation, liens for projects Co-ordinate with Supply Chain on the management of out of stocks and backorders to deliver project materials. Managing Pricing and Special Price Agreements for jobs Managing Returns and Claims to reduce and resolve liabilities for project closure Prepare shop drawings and close out documents for projects as required. Managing internal and customer reports affecting projects

What you will bring:2+ years' experience in Mechanical Wholesale in a customer and/or vendor facing role Awareness of Credit Management dependencies and impact on projects Strong Communication Skills, especially in dealing with customers, vendors, and internal teams, both written and verbal; Customer Focus and Service mindset High Attention to Detail High Degree of Persistence Balancing Timing, Cost, and Service Excellence Problem Solving Adaptability and Comfort in Ambiguity Conflict Management skills Strong Learning Acumen General computer skills including Microsoft Office required, knowledge of Syntax AS400 system would be an asset Highly organized in prioritizing work and multitasking on a regular basis
