You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve project objectives, leveraging your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements:




Participate in conducting research and gather information on topics pertaining to strategic projects lead by Department and District Leads. Support project evaluation plans by gathering and analyzing data and preparing reports. Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, attend meetings, take notes, and track action items. Prepare business plan documentation that clearly communicates decisions made, actions taken, future outcomes, and any other relevant information. Work through the intersection points of various strategic initiatives to help ensure appropriate coordination of the initiatives to maximize their impacts and outcomes. Coordinate project and target timelines with department and community leaders whose teams support the accomplishment of project tasks and targets. Manage project tasks in coordination with other strategic initiatives to ensure workload, leadership, and participation expectations for various stakeholders is coordinated and manageable amongst all the strategic projects. Work collaboratively with project team members as they complete project tasks and meet targets--providing reminders, advice, and support in the competition of project tasks. 2 years of previous related work experience (e.g., project management) College Diploma in a related field of study; Business Administration or Project Management preferred Project Management skills Initiative and determination to meet project targets and initiate project tasks and see them to completion. Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills. Communication skills, including written and verbal Strong computer skills, including use of Project Management software and MS Teams.
