T H E P O S I T I O N





We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning Assistant to join our Team! The position


will be located in our Abbotsford, BC location. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to grow


within our firm with the potential to transition to full-time. In this role, you will support our project planning team


with scheduling, budgeting, contracts and administrative tasks, helping to ensure our architectural projects run


smoothly from start to finish. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy


working collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you!





Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S


Diploma or certificate in Business Administration,


Legal Administration, or a related field would be


an asset.


Experience working hands on in project


administration, legal assistance, or in a general


administrative capacity is highly preferred.


1+ years of experience working in an architectural,


engineering, or related design firm is preferred.


S K I L L S


Strong attention to detail, organization, and time


management


The ability to work well within a team setting and


collaborate on project delivery


Excellent communication and ability to


coordinate across multiple teams.


Adaptability to new software and workflows


Ability to coordinate on multiple projects in a


fast-paced environment


Problem solving capabilities


An eagerness to learn


A sense of humour and ability to have fun!
