Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office

Specific Skills:

Organize and schedule office work, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Prepare invoices and bank deposits, Provide general information to clients and the public, Label, file and retrieve documents, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Send and receive messages.
