DevFacto is looking for an individual with a strong customer, project management, and technical focus to join our team as a Delivery Executive.

As a client\xe2\x80\x99s main point of contact, the Delivery Executive ensures excellence on multiple projects, builds customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and understands DevFacto\xe2\x80\x99s services and key differentiators. This critical role serves as a trusted advisor to our clients and involves working closely with internal DevFacto teams to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue potential.

If you\'re looking to:

• Provide overall development project leadership and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met and overall services are delivered successfully
• Ensure complete understanding of the development estimate and project scope
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project (internal and external)

And you have:

• Strong agile project management of information systems and related business solutions
• Project leadership skills and an ability to direct and manage teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes
• The ability to coordinate all delivery activities with consulting teams and clients, acting as the escalation point for all issues specific to projects
• A thorough understanding of development estimates and project scope
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget
• A desire to work directly with clients to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Exceptional communication, management, and problem-solving skills
• Drive and excitement towards a fast-paced environment
