As a Project Manager at TELUS International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital experience projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while collaborating with various teams to ensure top-notch delivery.

Responsibilities

  Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.

  Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, seeking approval for any deviations as necessary.

  Quality Control: Establish quality standards and monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet predefined criteria.

  Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluating their potential impact and implementing adjustments as needed.

  Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts, obstacles, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

  Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records.

Qualifications and Skills

  Experience: Previous experience in project management or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Education/Certifications
