Project ManagerSeeking an experienced and certified Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale litigation and investigation projects for our downtown Toronto based client. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients complex legal projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will work closely with their legal teams, clients, and stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Planning and Execution:\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Stakeholder Management:\xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.\xc2\xb7 Manage client expectations and ensure that project outcomes align with their goals.Risk and Issue Management:\xc2\xb7 Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.\xc2\xb7 Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.Budget and Resource Management:\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.\xc2\xb7 Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Optimize resource utilization to meet project demands.Process Improvement:\xc2\xb7 Analyze and refine project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\xc2\xb7 Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project delivery.\xc2\xb7 Conduct post-project reviews to continuously improve project management practices.Compliance and Documentation:\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities, decisions, and communications.QUALIFICATIONS:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, Project Management, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is required.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a legal or law firm environment.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience managing large-scale litigation or investigation projects.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of legal processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in project management software and tools.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
