What you\'ll be doing..

The Project Manager will report into a Sr Project Manager or Head of Project Management and work collaboratively with internal creative and production leads to manage and deepen on-going relationships across the matrix of our organization of internal marketing client partners, brand and business unit stakeholders, external partners, and external Agency Teams.

The incumbent must be an excellent collaborator, self-starter, and detailed project manager, intuitively translating client needs into actionable creative considerations. They should be as comfortable leading project intake as they are coordinating a project end-to-end, from brief to execution to debrief. They should have experience navigating tight timelines, spearheading high-visibility initiatives, and always seek to identify opportunities for improvement. They must possess an ability to adapt their communication style, content, and medium to suit the audience being served/marketed to.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Own intake and execution of tactical projects from end-to-end across multiple business units.

Partner with Account Manager to review and evaluate tactical briefs and asset spec sheets to ensure information is complete, to clarify any details that are unclear, and to engage the right creative and production team members to ensure efficient and quality delivery of the requirements for the initiative.

Work with project management platform, Workfront, for intake and project management

Lead the executional phase of a project lifecycle, ensuring all assets are built to spec and delivered on time

Review creative before sharing out to internal clients to ensure all assets delivers against the brief and asset spec sheet, ensure all feedback has been accurately incorporated, and coordinate and lead creative review sessions and client presentations.

Ensure brand consistency across complete range of mediums and channels.

Participate in a positive team environment through co-operation. Model relationship-first mindset for peers, helping to build a strong culture that values client satisfaction.

Supports a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank\'s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We\'d love to work with you if you have:

1+ years in account management or project management roles.

Strong background in digital channels online, mobile and email.

Digital native with experience in Creative Project Management platforms - in both Waterfall and Agile workflows- as well as MS Office Suite.

Demonstrates a learning mindset that strives for new, better, more innovative results.

The ability to work on complex projects collaboratively and independently, within tight deadlines, adapt to changing deadlines and deliver material as per workback schedule.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills to clearly communicate the complexities and components of any project to external suppliers and internal groups.

Confident interpersonal skills with client focus and ability to work with technology vendor, peers and customer staff at all levels.

Creative curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for the Scotiabank brand, with appetite for building customer relationships.

Advanced knowledge of Financial Services marketing would be an asset.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing required. MBA optional.
