How will you contribute to the team?

Managing the budget, schedule, quality and risks of multidisciplinary projects

Tracking changes and customer satisfaction

Resource, supplier and project performance management

Cost management and budget planning updates.

The Project Engineer may delegate certain project management tasks or participate in more technical tasks, but is solely responsible for the execution of the project with the support of his or her contract manager to whom he or she is accountable and must obtain approvals for the management of the contract. The incumbent must also assist the contract manager in monitoring customer satisfaction.

Multidisciplinary project management and coordination;

Participate and support the service offering and project initiation process;

Perform project planning including scheduling, risk management and scope of work changes;

Plan project reviews, design reviews, audits, approvals and other strategies to ensure project quality and efficiency;

Develop the WBS (work breakdown structure), project tasks and budgets;

Lead, assign, review, manage, supervise and ensure that the project team effectively completes the work according to the defined plan, the client\'s needs and the applicable rules and standards;

Coordinate the execution, objectives and follow-up of the activities of his project team including suppliers;

Qualify and evaluate suppliers assigned to the project;

Ensure that project information is traceable, well documented, verified and filed in the project directory as well as in computer tools such as the financial system and SharePoint forms;

Manage and track project costs;

Analyze the financial aspect of the project;

Participate in the monthly project review meetings and perform the required actions;

Manage and follow up on the quality of deliverables and services according to the contract;

Manage and monitor the quality of deliverables and services according to the contract; Perform project closure according to internal quality processes;

Monitor and control the accounts receivable and accounts payable of his project;

Apply company policies regarding health, safety and environment as well as ethics and compliance.

What will you contribute?

Bachelor\'s degree in chemical, pharmaceutical

Degree in engineering project management an asset;

Minimum of 10 years experience in project management;

Active member of PEO

Experience in an engineering firm is an asset;

Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is an asset;

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel, Outlook, Project and SharePoint;

Knowledge of Oracle financial system is an asset;

Good collaborator who communicates effectively through active listening;

Good at analyzing needs and positively influencing others through leadership;

Must have an analytical mind, be flexible, patient, rigorous and able to manage time and priorities well;

Able to motivate, adapt, autonomous, resourceful, professional, dynamic and diplomatic;
