The Company

Our client is in the Creative agency industry based in downtown Toronto. They are looking for a Digital Project Manager for a 3 month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, candidates must be able to work in office at least 2 times per week.

The Role

The Digital Project Manager will be supporting on highly executional work for a major automotive client. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include managing clients, participating in briefing calls, managing the workflow of creative deliverables and coordinating the production process.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure implemented campaign deliverables stay on time and within budget, adjusting and redirecting if necessary
- Liaise directly with client for feedback and status updates on project deliverables
- Prepare reports on campaign progress, and provide creative solutions to optimize campaigns
- Support creative and production teams in developing effective strategies, selecting the most effective media platforms, organizing when and where materials should be placed, and estimating costs
- Guide creative teams with effective planning, directing, and implementing of advertising campaigns

- 3+ years of experience in a Digital Project Manager or similar position in a creative/marketing environment
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Agency experience is an asset!
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills; verbal and written
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities
