About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned
Product Manager
with a robust background in telecom OSS/BSS systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the telecommunications domain.Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.Market Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.Performance Monitoring:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future strategies.Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in product management roles within the telecom industry, focusing on OSS/BSS systems.Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of telecom networks, service provisioning, billing systems, and customer management platforms.Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. *Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
