The bigger picture

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to come on board as a Project Manager. As our newest Project Manager, your role will include the critical task of implementing complex information technology solutions on various projects. In this position, you will ensure the success of assigned projects by providing project management expertise and leadership in all components.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Contributing to organizational strategic direction by ensuring the success of projects managed.
• Supporting project sponsors and stakeholders through all stages of assigned projects.
• Analyzing financial data to meet budget objectives and adjust project parameters based on financial insights (adapting to constraints)
• Performing risk management to minimize project risk
• Embedding communication and change management strategies within project planning and execution
• Effectively managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs by using appropriate verification techniques while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Skillfully overseeing medium to large complexity projects (even spanning over six months or involving multiple smaller initiatives), while offering strategic guidance to stakeholders.

The experience you bring

• 3 - 5 years of project management experience leading projects with a technology focus or in a technology-specific environment.
• Post-secondary education.
• Information technology acumen.
• Project Management & agile certifications are an asset
• Change management skills and knowledge.
• Experience delivering projects following various project management methodologies
• Strong facilitation skills.

Salary Range

$87,600 - $116,800 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
