The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of long-term care redevelopment and Capex projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with design professionals and consultants, while successfully directing construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing work in accordance with contract documents, schedule and budget. The successful candidate must be professional and a personable leader, dedicated to bringing in projects on time and on budget.As Project Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as team member, managing multiple projects at various stages of development. Opportunities will include managing all aspects of Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, municipal and code approvals.
