Field Coordinator
to play a critical role in project execution, coordination, and support.
As the
Field Coordinator
, you will be responsible for supporting field operations, coordinating internal staff and subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with procurement and scheduling. You'll work closely with both field and office teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage work orders, schedules, and project timelines
Assist with project coordination, estimating, and tracking progress
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment
Order and track materials and resources
Support safety initiatives and compliance with OHS legislation
Maintain and manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and invoices
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or similar
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering is preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to visit project sites (mostly within Edmonton and area)

Project Manager

You'll lead both residential and commercial restoration projects, coordinating resources, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of quality results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference for property owners in times of crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restoration projects caused by water, fire, wind, break-ins, and more
Estimate project costs, develop timelines, and issue purchase orders
Lead internal teams and subtrades on-site and in office
Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout the project
Document and report on progress using Xactimate, Encircle, and project software
Ensure emergency response coverage on a rotating on-call basis
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in restoration
Minimum 3-5 years in restoration, remediation, or insurance-related industries
IICRC certification and/or PMP an asset
Strong knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with client-facing interactions and urgent service needs
