Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Duties
Estimating Project costs and Change Orders Shop Drawing Review Managing project including scheduling, cost, tracking and manpower
Requirements
Proficiency in using Accubid. Seen as an asset, but not a requirement. Computer Skills - proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe. Journeymen Electricians Ticket Commercial is a must, however multi family will be seen as an asset
