Position 1: Renovation & Upgrade Management (Existing Properties)

Responsibilities

Management and coordination of renovation and upgrade projects On-site scheduling, quality control, and workflow coordination Supervision of workers and subcontractors Inspection of completed work and follow-up on

deficiency lists

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

in residential renovation or upgrade projects Solid understanding of renovation workflows, materials, and sequencing Prior on-site management or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read basic construction drawings preferred

Highly responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure

Position 2: Metal Exterior Wall & Insulated Panel System Installation (Existing Properties)

Responsibilities

Installation or management of metal cladding and insulated exterior wall systems Coordination of materials, installation teams, and on-site workflow Ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues during installation
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

in exterior wall systems, cladding, metal installation, or related construction Strong understanding of construction safety standards Experience with insulation systems or building envelope assemblies preferred Ability to work outdoors and adapt to seasonal conditions

Strong responsibility, fast adaptation, and ability to manage parallel tasks

Position 3: New Townhouse & Apartment Construction - Site Supervision & Management

Responsibilities

On-site coordination of new townhouse and apartment construction projects Supervision of construction progress, quality, and safety Management and coordination of subcontractors Support for milestone inspections, pre-occupancy inspections, and deficiency resolution
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

in new residential or apartment construction Strong understanding of construction workflows and site management Experience supervising crews or subcontractors

High level of responsibility, ability to perform under fast-paced project schedules, and strong multitasking skills
