Project Manager - High-Rise Development & Construction

Overview

We are a real estate development and construction management firm delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across the GTA. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from municipal approvals through construction and closeout.

This role offers long-term growth potential, including a possible partnership opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage consultants (architects, planners, engineers) through design and construction phases Coordinate municipal approvals, including zoning, site plan, and building permits Liaise with City staff and external consultants Conduct regular site visits and oversee construction progress, quality, and safety Review schedules, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow Support value engineering and cost control Provide regular project updates to ownership

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in real estate development or construction Strong experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects Solid understanding of Toronto municipal approvals and permitting Experience managing consultants, contractors, and active construction sites Strong organizational and communication skills

Education

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
