Job Description


  • Join an established low rise developer in west GTA with opportunity to move up
  • Excellent compensation and benefits package
  • Oversee scheduling and project monitoring- dealing with logistics from an office perspective
  • Manage trade contracts, relationships, documents, and paperwork
  • Run project meetings with the project team
  • Project Budget management - proven ability and experience in developing and managing budgets.
  • Oversee team of project coordinators

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a PM in Low Rise Construction
  • Strong developer background
  • Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
