• The rate of pay will be dependent on experience
• This is a full-time, permanent position
• Sales bonus as applicable

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Confirm customer contracts are accurate and detailed as required for invoicing and change orders
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, bid documents, and project reports
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety compliance and quality control with OH&S requirements
• Procure materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement contracts
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients and stakeholders on project status and progress
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Mentor and supervise project team members, including site supervisors and support staff
• Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management

• 4+ years of construction project management experience
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Valid Alberta Drivers license and clean drivers abstract

• Journeyman Carpentry certification or a C.E.T. designation
• PMP certification
