Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Mitigation to join our Large and Complex Loss team in Vancouver Island. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing mitigation projects for our Large Loss division, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage mitigation projects from inception to completion. Promote & build the DKI brand; identify, investigate and pursue new opportunities in the marketplace. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare detailed estimates and manage contracts effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any changes.

Qualifications

Detailed understanding of project management techniques. Solid understanding of Mitigation techniques and strategies. Relevant trades qualifications. Project management qualifications desirable Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction in the Province of British Columbia, With CCDC Contract knowledge a bonus. Hold a valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract. Any post-employment license infractions will be reviewed as they occur.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
