Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term
Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshops
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Support the vendor selection, engagement and onboarding process when third-party learning solutions are within scope
Develop and implement e?ective stakeholder engagement strategies
Build relationships and maintain regular communications with internal and externalstakeholders
Report on project progress with project teams and business stakeholders at different levels
In partnership with L&D CoEs and business partners, support the development of a delivery strategy, change & launch communications plan, and maintenance plan
Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues
Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement
Stay current with emerging trends in project management inclusive of Agile and hybrid project practices and principles
Be an active member of the broader project management community by sharing subject matter expertise and learning to advance professional growth

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training environment
Prior L&D experience in performance consulting, design, development, facilitation, and/or learning technologies is beneficial
Thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
PMP, Agile and/or Scrum certification
Practical knowledge in adult learning principles for various delivery methods
Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellence
Strong client focus with ability to listen and quickly learn about various clients and become a trusted advisor on delivery learning solutions successfully
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships e?ectively, leveraging sound communication, negotiation, consensus-building and influencing skills
Ability to tailor communications to di?erent stakeholders at di?erent levels

Lead and oversee the overarching program and manage the full lifecycle of individual projects assigned.
Ensure consistency and quality across project documentation, including charters, project schedules, and dashboards, produced by various project managers running projects within the same program.
Represent the program in Steering Committee meetings--present updates, gather insights from multiple workstreams, and synthesize key information for distribution to project managers.
Own and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting to track progress
