LCL Excavation, a trusted contractor since 1994, is hiring a Project Manager within the Greater Moncton area, NB, to oversee multiple active projects at a time ranging from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000. What You'll Do:
Manage multiple projects, from startup stages up to final completion of projects. Prepare project schedules based on estimate provided, deliver projects on-time and on-budget
Work collaboratively with a team composed of a Project coordinator, Estimator, Superintendents, Foreman's and the Project Management Team Lead
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and other resources while maintain the project schedule on track
Conduct regular site visits, attend project meetings, identify and address deficiencies and on-going project issues
Coordinate with clients, consultants, third party engineering firms, subcontractors and LCL on-site representatives
Track project progress, identify areas for improvements
Prepare all project billing and change orders
Ensure that project is completed up to specified quality standards and safety requirements are met
What You Bring:
5+ years of construction experience and 2+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, ideally within the water and sewer industry
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, during different stages of the projects while prioritizing tasks
Confident in communicating changes and expectations with clients, consultants and field staff Proficiency in project management software's (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and satisfactory criminal record check.
English required, French preferred
