We are currently recruiting for a

full-time Project Manager, Large & Complex Loss

in our Property Damage & Restoration Division.This position will be based out of our Bolton office at 27 Nixon Road.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating, executing, and revising detailed project schedules as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Performing residential and commercial site inspections and accurately documenting details of any necessary emergency repair work Hiring sub-contractors and managing work quality as required Reviewing project blueprints Ensuring the preparation of accurate quotations Managing existing client relationships and fostering new relationships with industry partners Consistently meeting or exceeding industry monitored KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Overseeing project performance including project status, schedule, cost control, etc. Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for each project Collaborating with the Production team to follow up on outstanding receivables Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or VP of Property Damage & Restoration Division

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Restoration Industry handling large loss insurance claims valued at $200,000 + Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driver's abstract WRT, AMRT, ASD and other IICRC certifications are strongly preferred Minimum 1-year of experience using Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, MS Project Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members Strong work ethic with attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team Experience working in or with various trades is considered an asset

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Availability Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after hours Emergency Restoration Services Attending and actively participating in ongoing training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
