The Team

Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.


We are expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects business and are searching for staff in the eastern and western regions of Canada

How you will contribute

Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects across their full life cycle. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Lead project teams, facilitating communication between engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing departments. Manage resource allocation and resolve any technical or organizational roadblocks. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet milestones. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. 15+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment. Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects. Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB). Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
