Job Description

• Project Manager will hold priority over maintaining a healthy project life cycle making sure that costs are within budget whilst maintaining the highest quality of both materials and overall process alike, all while upholding the company policies.
• Overall communication is an asset and cooperation in this role will further bridge any gaps within the team

• Get involved with the architectural design of the project with optimal contributions
• Progressively develop the project budget while maintaining optimum performance
• Prepare and process general contractor progress draws, subcontractor applications for payment and consultants and suppliers invoices in a timely manner
• Communicate with site office, field personnel including site superintendent.
• Maintain close communication with Site Superintendent as to adequately support required administrative tasks within all ongoing projects

Bachelor's Degree in construction or related field including construction management, architecture, or engineering * 3-5+ years experience working as a construction Project Manager

Excellent oral and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management within the Company as well as outside the organization * Strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, along with the ability to observe safety guidelines and work both autonomously and in a team-oriented atmosphere
