Paul's Restorations is the largest independent full-service restoration company in Southwestern Ontario. We are dedicated to providing residential and commercial restoration services following water, fire, wind and mould damage.
The right candidate for this position will be responsible for estimating, budgeting and managing the project from start to finish. Communication is imperative to your success in this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Specific
Inspect new assignments in accordance with KPI's.
Estimating projects using Xactimate software.
Manage multiple files in different phases, from start to finish.
Maintaining regular communication with customers, sub-contractors, insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients throughout job process.
Source, organize and award bids from sub-contractors and other vendors, ensuring budgets are met and overseeing their quality control.
Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring accuracy, as well as coordinating building permits as required.
Negotiate with sub-contractors in order to reach, and maintain profitable agreements.
Determine required resources such as manpower, drying equipment and materials, while paying close attention to budgetary limitations.
Generate clear, and detailed work orders for in house technicians and sub-trades.
Schedule construction projects within a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are met.
Supervise the work of technicians and sub-contractors, and be available to give guidance when needed.
Prepare requests for quotes, purchase orders, work orders, notices of commencement, supporting documentation for cost breakdown and other documents for jobs as needed.
Complete invoicing form in the required format and distribute in a timely& accurate manner.
Participate in scheduled on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications:
Great computer skills, and good understanding of how to use various software systems such as Microsoft Suite.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to organize information in a professional and credible manner.
Valid, and clean driving record. (G-Class)
Must pass a background check.
Education and Experience:
Preferred: Experience in Restoration/Construction estimating.
Preferred: Experiences in Sales & Customer Service
Preferred: Valid IICRC Certifications
Required: Diploma in relevant construction related field or equivalent.
Must be able to work within on call rotation as needed.
Work Environment:
In addition to normal business hours, work schedules include early mornings and some weekend hours as needed.
May be exposed to excessive heat, cold and humidity.
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
